We haven’t been to a pizza hut in the best part of 15 years since we first started dating down in devon (we don’t have any local pizza huts left anymore!) but both of us were really impressed with how it all was. Tyler our server was faultless; very polite and made us feel welcome. Didn’t have to wait too long for our food; was exactly how we remembered it when it did come out. Only slight bug was the inflated prices; they are far higher than i ever remember, thankfully as EMS we used the blue light discount that pizza hut offer, which made the prices then reasonable - but if we didn’t have that it could be argued that value for money would be questionable. Good pizza and the staff were top notch - so 5* from me.

Excellent service, the young waiter and the blonde lady were amazing with a birthday party for 13 children! All the kids had a lovely time, service was polite and friendly. The young waiter is a credit to your team, attentive and hard working! Thank you both!

The two women who served us were very understanding, kind and helpful. Didn’t manage to catch their names, one was rather young. Either way, they were great. Thank you for letting us come in with our service dog on Tuesday night.

We sometimes bring a big group of about 15 of us after a group activity and this restaurant is always helpful in accommodating us. Food is great and has never disappointed, however I really felt compelled to write a review after the service we have received on multiple occasions from Tyler. It’s truly refreshing to encounter someone who is so friendly, helpful and takes their job seriously and does it well to ensure customers have a great time. He is an absolute gem. He is proactive in assisting our group whenever we are there to ensure we have the best time and truly deserves some recognition of his fantastic attitude and service.

Visited here at lunchtime yesterday. Had a reservation for 1pm, arrived 15 minutes late (cut off time for holding tables) but the lady front of house was really helpful and said it was fine-I think she was the manager. She showed us to our table and explained about paying online, I said I had a voucher so she asked which one it was and then said we would have to order with a server and to be patient as they were busy. Was only a short wait which was a nice surprise and then plates, bowls and glasses were brought to our table. Salad bar constantly being topped up, lots of choices of pizza on the buffet, fresh and tasted good-always being replenished frequently due to the flow of customers. Looking forward to our next visit.

Not happy on this occasion, firstly i thought as it's a weekday i might just pop in & get the buffet & cheaper than the weekend but as it was a bank Holiday Monday they charged weekend price not right i think. Secondly when i went up to get more pizza i had to wait a min for another fresh pizza to come out & when i went back to the table the waiter was clearing my table considering there was half a glass of pop & half a salad bowl still on there.

Nice to return after a long while. Having not been to a Pizza Hut restaurant for quite some time it was a pleasant surprise being served by very polite and helpful stuff and the food itself was very enjoyable and pretty good value. There’s obviously a lot of competition for pizza these days, but the restaurant was good. The staff are friendly and I’m very glad we enjoyed our evening there.
